Its one thing to photocopy a product exactly or with slight differences and its another to make a product that does the same thing. There a only so many ways that you can route intake pipes. You can't just lay claim on an idea. Everyone realises we need bigger induction pipes and there were be several people making them at some point. the sales will go to the mfr that has the best mix of fit, cost and innovation.
I don't see how Ash's induction pipes can be considered copying.
